There will be one change to the schedule for Spring Break week – April 2nd through April 6th, there will be NO 9:00am classes! 6:00am and evening classes will run as usual. Yes I will be able to come in the evenings to WOD with you all

The date is set for the Cookout – April 21st

Thank you for being awesome, I love my job and I’m so thankful that my life has crossed paths with yours As a trainer clients have a huge impact on my life. Many times during the last 3 1/2 years (of opening my own box) I have questioned whether my decision was the right one? Have I changed a life? Am I making a differance? Is this where God wants me? Yet everytime I question it I can’t call it quits! You have changed my life more than I have changed yours Thank- you….
So how do we feel about having a cookout this Saturday March 31st? We will provide the food you bring your own drinks.

Friday Open gym go Crazy Make up a missed WOD or choose something of your own…. Makesure you get registered for WOD for a cure. Jenn needs to get sizes and number of shirts to be ordered!

Crossfit Reaction is hosting the Open WOD on Saturday at 10:00am with a Barbecue to follow. Bring a side dish to share. If you have already done the Open WOD you can go at 9:00am and take in a different WOD.
