2 Minutes Max Rep Thrusters 95/65
You must use a Med Ball and full lock out at the top! Head through the arms! No cheating..

CrossFit is the Sport of Fitness! This challenge will NOT favor you if you are NOT CrossFit! You must be able to perform well at most tasks NO EXCUSES! Challenges will bring out your areas of weakness. If you lack skill and coordination some challenges will be difficult like Du’s! It will only make you a better athlete work on your weak areas…

Challenge Week 2

Double Unders

Rules:
Max rep per attempt, you cannot stop and start again! Your goal is to get as many Double Unders in a row as possible! Once you stop or trip on your rope it’s over.. But you can do as many attempts as you want. Challenge ends on Friday! Happy jump roping

All WOD challenges are scored by points. This weeks challenge is simple = Every double under is 1 point if you do 100 you get 100 points. Simple easy!

Which means she has a total score from last week and this week of 109 points! Don’t count yourself out of the running until it’s all said and done. Grayham started the double under challenge with negative 1 point and she blasted out those double unders to get a great score….
