Friday- 6:00am- 9:00am- 5:30pm
Saturday- 9:00am- 10:00am
We require 5 one on one sessions before joining a class if you are new to CrossFit.(We go over and teach the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit – First month payment is due at first session. (you choose whether you want unlimited or 3x’s a week) We hold proper form and technique to a very high standard! Many injuries are avoidable with proper professional training! We recommend no more than 3 trainings a week for a newbie. Too much too soon = injury!! The fundamentals are key to building a strong foundation!
