This ain’t no COOKIE CUTTER GYM!
Every client is different and everyone learns at a different pace. Some can do 15 pullups the first day and for some it takes a couple of months. Some of you just want to sweat and others love the time clock and competion. So regardless of where you are at, CrossFit is still very effective! A GOOD Trainer is able to asses where your fitness level is at and start from there. So if on your first day you only learn to squat and pushpress and that’s all you can wrap your head around it’s ok!
