    Since I am taking this week off I am bored out of my mind! So I have been using my time finding awesome articles and blogs that can hopefully help everyone out! The first one is from Kelly Starett a physical therapist and CrossFit owner about the importance of a dynmaic warm up! Yay!! :o ) I guess I need to do less pass throughs, ha.
