Due to the fact that we only have two ropes and several dozen members fighting over the ropes we are going to change our HERO WOD up a little bit. We will be doing 5 Rounds 1 Round from 5 different HERO WODs! No we will not whine or complain! These Men have lost there lives in the line of Duty for our Country!

50 Double Unders (bring your rope)

35 Knees to Elbows

20 Yds. Overhead Walk  135/95 

For Time:

Please scale as needed there will be a 50 minute time cap, yes we will help you scale :)

    That WOD kicked my butt!! Crossfit is an awesome program, and I love it…. But it doesn’t always like me. Great mix of WODS Kristen. I love you , but not liking you very much right now. ;)
