Starting next week CrossFit Greer will be having a weekly challenge that will run for 6 weeks. At the end of the 6 weeks the top Male and Female Athlete will receive a $100 gift card to Run-In! Each week will consist of one challenge. You will have the opportunity to perform the task as many times as you want to get your best score. Challenge starts every Monday and ends on that Friday. WOD must be done at the box with a witness. Challenges will be randomly picked and will NOT favor any one athlete!
You can do it before the class starts or after I will participate but will not be up for a prize…
