25 GHD Sit-ups
10 Deadlifts 275/185
10 Overhead Walking Lunges 45/25
*Base the number of GHDs on how many you have done the last couple weeks. If you are new to CrossFit you will do abmat sit-ups.
*Lower the weight of the Deadlift so that all 10 reps can be done unbroken while keeping the movement safe.
