We can stagger 4-5 minutes if low on Rowers/Bikes

Please leave rowers in their general area, wipe them down when done, and DONT touch the wall when you put them up.

The goal today is to not get stuck somewhere. Choose a scale that is good for you, whether you need to scale reps or rounds.
