Did you know that redlining in workouts everyday is Bad for you? Recovery is a key component to overall health and performance. Slow steady workouts like running, rowing and low intensity crossfit style workouts are much needed to make us better. If you leave the gym and feel fresh that isn’t a sign you “didn’t work hard enough”. If you over train you are more likely to not perform and feel tired. You are also more susceptible to injury. If we post a WOD and you feel the urge to do more. You might be negating your progress. Keep this in mind the next time you leave the gym and don’t feel “smashed” 😘
